BAD Hotel Monteleone New Orleans

 Beware, southern hospitality was lost at the Hotel Monteleone 03/28/2008. We had a confirmed double + deluxe upgrade reserved for one night. Upon check in, were rudely told our 3rd party booking agent made the mistake. Our room was not available. We required 2 double beds (which were confirmed on 03/22/08)..the hotel overbooked, blamed book-it the agent, offered a standard rm w/roll away bed. We left angry, upset. Now are fighting for our refund. Hotel is claiming we never showed up. Bull-Chips... I hope Tine, and her self-proclaimed front desk checkin manager read this. They not only lied re: booking agent, our confirmed reservation, but were abrupt and rude and non-accommodating. I do not recommend this hotel, and have no interest in any return.... read more
